Chaput processes only the information necessary to create your account, take your pre-order, show your order progress and answer your questions.

Information we collect

When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, Google account ID and, if available, your profile picture. During an order, product, amount, payment status, delivery and tracking information is processed. Questions you send us and our answers are stored in your account.

How we use information

Information is used to verify your identity, match your account with your pre-order, update payment and delivery status, provide customer support, and fulfill legal obligations.

Our service providers

Account and order records are kept on Supabase infrastructure. Payments are completed via Shopier; the information required for payment and delivery is processed by Shopier under its own terms. The site is published on Vercel infrastructure. Google’s authentication service is used during Google sign-in.

Retention and security

Data is retained only for as long as the service and applicable law require. Admin access is restricted to authorized accounts; session tokens are protected by secure cookies and server-side records.
