Terms of Use

By using the Chaput website, you accept the following membership and pre-order terms.

Membership

By signing in with your Google account, you can track your orders and send questions to Chaput. You are responsible for the security of transactions made through your account and the accuracy of the information you provide.

Pre-order and payment

The product price and scope are shown on the order page. Payment is completed via Shopier. The pre-order is finalized once payment is successfully received, and the status is reflected in your Chaput account.

Production and delivery

Production starts when the collection sells out or by November 16, 2026. Orders are dispatched by the end of November 2026.

Shipping is free. Any customs duties and local charges on international shipments are the responsibility of the buyer.

Intellectual property

The designs, images, texts and the Chaput brand on this site may not be reproduced or used commercially without permission.
